Sexual Harassment Prevention Training (2025)
Sexual harassment prevention training is required for all practice staff and clinicians who hold a professional license issued by the Division of Professional Regulation (DPR). (1.5 CEUs).
Objectives that participants will gain from the program:
Description and clarification of sexual harassment(legally and from a social science perspective)
Information about government provisions, such as remedies available to sexual harassment victims
Information about the employer’s responsibility to prevent, investigate, and correct sexual harassment
Options available to report allegations of sexual harassment
Information about retaliation, also known as “whistle-blower” protections
Examples of sexual harassment conduct
How behavioral health practitioners can be of help
